SMT introduction

SMT is surface mount technology, which is called surface-mount or surface mount technology. It is the most popular technology and process in the electronics assembly industry. The SMC / SMD is a kind of circuit assembly technology, which is installed on the surface of the printed circuit board (PCB) or the surface of other substrates and welded by reflow welding or immersion welding.

1 The suction nozzle is deformed, blocked, damaged, the vacuum air pressure is insufficient, and the air leaks, resulting in the failure of suction, the improper picking, the failure of identification and the throwing of materials. Solution: technicians are required to check the equipment every day and maintain the equipment regularly according to the plan.

2. The spring tension is not enough, the suction nozzle does not coordinate with the hold, and the upper and lower parts are not smooth, resulting in poor material taking; solution: regularly maintain the equipment according to the plan, check and replace vulnerable parts.

3. The deformation of hold/draft or piston, the bending of suction nozzle and the wear of suction nozzle lead to the bad reclaiming; solution: regularly maintain the equipment according to the plan, check and replace the vulnerable parts.

4. The reclaiming is not in the centre of the material, and the reclaiming height is not correct (generally 0.05mm lower pressure after encountering the parts) which causes the deviation. The reclaiming is not correct, and there is a deviation. When identifying, it is not consistent with the corresponding data parameters, and it is discarded as invalid material by the identification system. Solution: define the maintenance period according to the plan, check and replace vulnerable parts, and correct the origin of the machine.

5. The vacuum valve and vacuum filter core are dirty, and there are foreign matters blocking the vacuum gas pipe channel, which is not smooth. At the moment of suction, the vacuum is not enough for the operation speed of the equipment, resulting in poor material taking. Solution: the technician is required to clean the suction nozzle every day and maintain the equipment regularly according to the plan.

6. The positioning of the machine is not horizontal, the vibration is large, and the resonance between the machine and feeder results in bad material taking. Solution: maintain the equipment regularly according to the plan, and check the horizontal fixing support nuts of the equipment.

7. The screw rod and bearing are worn and loose, resulting in vibration and stroke change during operation, resulting in poor material taking; solution: it is strictly prohibited to use the air gun to blow inside the machine to prevent dust, sundries and components from adhering to the screw rod. Maintain the equipment regularly according to the plan, check and replace the vulnerable parts.

8. Wear of motor bearing, ageing of code reader and amplifier cause change of machine origin, inaccurate operation data and poor material taking; solution: regularly maintain the equipment according to the plan, check and replace vulnerable parts, and correct the machine origin.

9. The vision, laser lens and reflective paper of suction nozzle are not clean, and there are sundries interfering with camera identification, resulting in poor treatment; solution: the technician is required to check the equipment every day and maintain the equipment regularly according to the plan.


10. Identify an improper selection of light source, ageing light intensity and insufficient grey level of the light tube, resulting in poor treatment; solution: regularly maintain the equipment according to the plan, test the brightness of camera and light tube, and check and replace vulnerable parts.

 

11. Poor treatment caused by aging, carbon deposition, abrasion and scratching of the reflecting prism; solution: regularly maintain the equipment as planned, check and replace vulnerable parts.


12. The air pressure is insufficient, and the vacuum leaks, which causes the air pressure to be insufficient and the material cannot be picked up, or it falls down on the way to the patch; solution: regularly maintain the equipment according to the plan, check and replace the vulnerable parts.


13. Feeder deformation and mutual extrusion result in change of feeding position and poor reclaiming; solution: operate as required.


14. The feeder gland is deformed and the spring tension is not enough, so that the material belt is not stuck on the spur gear of the feeder, and the belt is not rolled for throwing. Check and replace the vulnerable parts.


15. The camera is loose and aging, resulting in the identification of bad throwing materials; solution: regularly maintain the equipment according to the plan, check and replace vulnerable parts.


16. The feeder spine gear, drive pawl and locating pawl are worn, the electricity is poor, and the feeder motor is poor, resulting in the feeder feeding is not smooth, the material can not be taken out or is not good, and the material is thrown; check and replace the vulnerable parts.


17. The feed platform of the machine is worn, resulting in the looseness of feeder after installation and poor material taking; solution: regularly maintain the equipment according to the plan, check and replace the vulnerable parts.


18. Some other special parts that need to be pasted at a reduced speed are not pasted at a reduced speed, which will also cause the absorption rate underground. Countermeasures: feeder feed deceleration, X / Y / h axis deceleration or adjust the timing control of each action.
